  • Subject matter expertise organized by solution in a rich mixed media format (voice, video and files) delivered by our experienced, certified consulting staff. You’ll get hours of content and other resources to help you immediately begin installing and using your Altiris and Symantec solutions.

    • Step-by-step guidance for implementation
    • Best practices for rollout, configuration and usage of the product
    • Strategic recommendations to help you maximize return on investment
    • Example files and templates, where appropriate

  • 12 hours of remote consulting assistance. As you are progressing along with your project, you can ask questions whenever you wish.  Up to 12 hours of assistance is provided.  This "mentorship" approach ensures that you and your implementation are positioned for long term success.

  • Organized resources and documentation that make it easy for you to find what you need, when you need it. 

  • Optional – If you decide that you wish to acquire additional hours (either using vConsulting or traditional onsite, in person consulting), you will receive our lowest available direct pricing.
